The APP has stopped working or shows "Network Quality Poor" and does not connect!

Today 21st August 2025, we have been made aware that the APP for the B7710WH Video Doorbell that was discontinued over 3 years ago is no longer operational. Lloytron Ltd does not produce or provide support for the APP that was on Google Play and Apple Store.

Unfortunately the company that has produced the APP has gone bust and closed down. As such there is no further support available for the APP and there will be no updates to the APP.

The APP has been removed from Google Play and is likely to be removed from Apple Store.

Lloytron Ltd has been trying to source a compatible APP, but without success.

We are unable to offer any support for the APP and cannot find any other APP provider for this old Video Doorbell.

If you have recently purchased the B7710WH Video Doorbell, then you should contact the retailer in which it was purchased for a refund.

Alternatively, you should contact the Help Desk where if you have purchased in the last 2 years and you provide a copy of your Till Receipt, we will provide a replacement standard (non-video) doorbell system as a gesture of goodwill and without prejudice, for any inconvenience this may cause.
